I am a creative wedding photographer with an artist’s eye and fun-loving nature. I love Great Southern weddings and as a wedding photographer living in Albany WA it is my pleasure to capture the joy, emotion and beauty of your wedding day in this stunning region.
I have been photographing location weddings in Albany, Denmark and the Great Southern region for over 20 years.
Apart from being an incurable romantic and established visual artist, I believe my strength as a wedding photographer lies in my sensitivity to my clients needs. There is nothing better to me than a couple’s joy when receiving their wedding photos. To understand how I can best cater for my clients and focus on what is most important for them, it is my role to ask, listen, encourage, inspire and ultimately help my couples enjoy their photography.
My style is a mixture of candid, romantic and creative set-up photography with a dash of spontaneous artistic flair when the light is right. I enjoy helping my couples to relax, have fun and enjoy their photography with a genuine focus on each other and their amazing day.

100% recommend Kirsten! She is easy going which makes you feel comfortable but also directive and makes sure she gets all the photos your style desires plus a few extra cute snaps you may not have thought of.
We had well over 1000 photos and to choose only a few for our wedding book was hard but Kirsten made sure she could fit as much in as possible while still keeping the album elegant. Professional designs and beautiful layouts of photos, we also got a USB with more than our album holds which is fantastic.
We didn’t really have to talk much on the day, Kirsten was at the ready capturing everything we wanted without direction, she’s knows what she’s doing and makes it fun for all. Plus we had our son at our wedding, great with kids!!
